Objectives
- To understand the existence of skill mismatches and how they are affected by changes in the workplace in different social and institutional contexts
 - To explore the skill formation possibilities (non-formal and informal) which are provided by the workplace and how they are embedded in different organisational environments
 - To analyse the factors which drive the individual’s job choices
 - To examine the associations between skills mismatch, the inclusive economic growth and (the perceptions of) social justice
 - To explore to what extent skills mismatch influences on the individual well-being
